If you want to verify that the emails containing the results of a job run are actually being sent to the recipients, follow these instructions.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Timer Jobs - Job Management
Open the record for the timer job whose email delivery you want to check.
Enter yourself in the Job Notification info area.
Run the job manually.
You will receive an email with the results of the job run.
