To keep the FM Portal’s loading times as short as possible, the portal uses a cache. After changes are made to the configuration, the cache is normally cleared automatically so that the changes are immediately visible in the portal interface. In some cases, however, the cache must be cleared manually.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Portal Control
In the Web Server Cache section, click Clear Cache.
The cache is cleared.
