Note: This EMA applies specifically to models created in Allplan; it may also apply to other modeling tools where floor elevation values are not set automatically.
In Allplan, the heights for each floor must be set. If this is not done, the “Elevation” attribute value in the IFC file is set to 0:
This means that the room stamps are at elevation z = 0 and are therefore located at the same elevation as the room polygons. Consequently, the room stamps in eTASK are masked by the room polygons and are thus not visible.
Solution:
Initial situation: The height assignment is missing, i.e., the heights, marked in blue here, were not present; there were no numbers here, only a “-”:
In the Layer Manager, the heights have been created, but the floors have not been assigned to the layer:
By right-clicking on the floor, you can then assign the level from the Level Manager:
