EMA-010: Project information must not have duplicate parameters

Note: This EMA describes a Revit-specific solution.

When publishing a new building under an existing location, a message appears stating that the location with a specific GlobalUid does not exist on the server. The cause here is that duplicate parameters are stored in the model under Project Information in Revit and, consequently, are not present in the IFC file.

Here, it is necessary to check in Revit whether the parameters

• IfcBuilding GUID

• IfcProject GUID

• IfcSite GUID

are duplicated; if so, these parameters and their duplicates must be removed and republished.
