IFC files can be imported directly into eTASK via the portal interface. The model import currently supports the IFC2x3 schema, as IFC2x3 is currently the most widely supported and stable version.

Autodesk Revit

When using the “eTASK.BIM Tools for Revit,” the IFC version is automatically set by eTASK. In Revit, the IFC version can be configured under the IFC export settings: File → Export → IFC → Change Settings… → Export General IFC Property Sets.

Graphisoft ArchiCAD

In ArchiCAD, the IFC version export must be configured using the Model View Definition (MVD) in the IFC settings: File → Interoperability → IFC → IFC Translator… → Select a translator for export or create your own translator → IFC Schema.

You can find more information about MVD in ArchiCAD here.

Note: A Model View Definition (MVD) is a recommendation regarding which data and elements the IFC model should contain, depending on the purpose of the model exchange. If the exported IFC model must conform to a predefined standard MVD, select that MVD from the list. The available MVDs depend on which IFC schema was selected above: IFC2x3 or IFC4.
