Details
The IFC schema provides specific property sets for representing base quantities. Base quantities provide important information about the geometric dimensions of objects in the BIM model. These must be included in the exported IFC file in order to, for example, import area values for rooms into eTASK. These area values are used, for example, for area billing.

Autodesk Revit
When using “eTASK.BIM-Tools for Revit,” the export of base quantities is automatically configured by the eTASK add-in. For a manual export using Autodesk’s IFC Exporter, the export of base quantities must be configured: File → Export → IFC → Change Settings… → Property Sets.

Graphisoft ArchiCAD
In ArchiCAD, the export of base quantities must be configured in your IFC settings: File → Interoperability → IFC → IFC Translator… → Select a translator for export → “Data Conversion”…”.
Set the Element Parameters option.
Note: Selecting this option significantly increases the size of the IFC file. Therefore, only export element parameters if you know that the target application can read this data. Filter the exported parameters by type: In the pop-up menu, select whether to export All Parameters or Only Quantities/Property Data.
