EMA-001: The model must have location, building, floor and rooms

Details

The IFC model must contain the entire property structure in order to be correctly registered in the eTASK Property Explorer:

In eTASK:

Location → Building → Floor → Room

In IFC:

IfcSite → IfcBuilding → IfcBuildingStorey → IfcSpace

At least one element must be present in the model for each element of the structure. The elements must also be arranged in the correct order. The property structure is a fundamental requirement in eTASK, as it is used for nearly all FM processes.

Note: IFC files missing any of the listed elements will be rejected during import.

Nemetschek Allplan

Create a building structure for the plans prepared in Allplan.

Note: The property must be inserted under the site designation.

To do this, update the building structure.
Right-click on the project.
Enter the structure level.
Select the property.
Adjust the floor designations to match eTask.
