You can assign costs to vehicles. Cost categories are used to organize these costs. Click here to learn how to edit them.
Prerequisites
You have permissions for content in the Control Panel
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Cost Categories
Click New in the toolbar.
Enter a name for the cost center.
Click Save.
The cost type has been created and can now be selected in the vehicle costs form.
Note: Current system default: Operating costs (e.g., fuel) and other costs (e.g., maintenance) are treated separately (including in fleet management reports).
