When eTASK Dunning is delivered, a default text for dunning letters is included, depending on the dunning level. You can modify this text.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Property Management - Dunning - Dunning Levels
Open the dunning level for which you want to customize the text.
Change the text in the "Default Text for Reminder Letter" input field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
When you generate a reminder letter for a reminder at this level, the new text will be included in the letter.
