Edit damage types

When you report a claim in Fleet Management, you can select the type of damage from a list. Learn how to add an entry to this drop-down list here.

Prerequisites

• You have permissions for content in the Control Panel

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Damage Types

1. Click New in the toolbar.

2. Enter a code.

3. Enter a name for the damage type, such as Hail or Wildlife Damage.

4. Select the assigned category, such as Liability.

5. Click Save.
