This report uses a traffic light to evaluate the profitability of a vehicle based on the vehicle costs versus purchase price factor. All values stored for the vehicle in the "Costs/Invoices" section are used as vehicle costs. The evaluation also contains information on procurement, insurance and legal protection costs as well as the tax burden incurred.

This group includes features for viewing and displaying the economic data of vehicles. It contains attributes for the visual preparation and presentation of economic key figures.
| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light evaluates the "cost / purchase price factor". Values below 5% result in a green traffic light, values above 10% result in a red traffic light, everything in between results in a yellow traffic light. If no purchase price is available for the calculation, the traffic light also turns red. |
| License plate | License plate number of the vehicle from the "Vehicles" data record. |
| Location | The location assigned to the vehicle in the "Vehicles" form. |
| First registration | The date of first registration of the vehicle, taken from the "Vehicles" form. |
| Status | The status assigned to the vehicle in the "Vehicles" form. |
| Net purchase price [€] | The purchase price of the vehicle excluding VAT. The value is entered in the "Vehicles" form. |
| Total vehicle costs | Total of the costs of this vehicle from the "Costs/Invoices" list in the "Vehicles" form |
| Factor costs / purchase price [%] | Proportionate percentage of the costs of the vehicle incurred to date compared to the net purchase price. |
| Note on traffic lights | The information text justifies the coloring of the traffic light. |
| Tax due date | The due date for the next tax payment. Taken from the "Vehicles" form. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Tax amount/year [€] | Annual amount for the vehicle's road tax, taken from the "Vehicles" form. |
| Remark | The free text comment entered on the vehicle. |
| Procurement costs / month net [€] | Monthly costs for the "Purchase, rental or leasing contract" stored on the vehicle, taken from the list of contract values in the "Contracts" form. Contract values for which "Today" is in the range between "Debit position from" and "Debit position to" are taken into account. |
| Insurance costs / month net [€] | Monthly costs for the "Insurance contract" stored on the vehicle, taken from the list of contract values in the "Contracts" form. Contract values for which "Today" is in the range between "Debit position from" and "Debit position to" are taken into account. |

Switchable
This group includes vehicle features that can be optionally activated or enabled. It describes additional functions or equipment that can influence the economy of the vehicle.

| Consumption unit | This is the unit for fuel consumption, e.g. kilowatts for electric cars or liters for vehicles with combustion engines. |
| Consumption/km | The fuel consumption per km is calculated independently of the medium, based on the amount of fuel refueled from the tank receipts, divided by the highest mileage recorded in the logbook. |
| Contract number procurement contract | Contract number for the "purchase, rental or leasing contract" stored on the vehicle, taken from the "Contracts" form. |
| Contractual partner Procurement contract | Contractual partner of the "Purchase, rental or leasing contract" stored on the vehicle, taken from the "Contracts" form. |
| Contract number insurance contract | Contract number for the "Insurance contract" stored on the vehicle, taken from the "Contracts" form. |
| Total consumption | Fuel consumption since the vehicle was taken over, calculated from the total of the fuel receipts on file. |
| Fuel costs/km | The fuel costs per km are calculated irrespective of the fuel medium, based on the total of the fuel receipts stored, divided by the highest mileage recorded in the logbook. |

| Net fuel costs [€] | Total amount of fuel costs recorded in the fuel receipts, regardless of the medium. (gasoline, diesel, gas, electricity) |
