ECA-004: Hatching should be avoided

Hatching should generally be avoided or removed from the drawing. When an SVG file is generated from a DWG file, hatching is converted into individual lines. This results in a large number of lines that must be loaded when the drawing is displayed in the CAD viewer, which slows down performance in the CAD viewer.
