Use this table to manage the EBICS bank accounts of your employees. An EBICS bank account can be used for one or more of your own bank accounts, each with different bank rights (e.g. "Transport signature" or "First signature (A)"). The bank accesses thus form the basis for the EBICS connections with your banks. You can also activate or deactivate an account centrally using this form. It also offers you the option of starting the initialization process by sending an initialization e-mail. To do this, click on "Send EBICS initialization e-mail" in the workbar.

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

| Bank / Designation | Enter the name of the bank access for better identification. |
| Bank | Selection of the bank for which the bank access is valid. |
| Access active | Indicates whether the access is active. If access is deactivated, it is not possible for the employee to establish an EBICS connection via the existing bank access. |
EBICS access data
The EBICS administrator enters the access data for the bank access in this info area. You will receive this from the bank.

| bank partner ID | Enter the bank partner ID according to the bank's letter. |
| user ID | Enter the User ID according to the bank's letter. |
| EBICS version | Selection of the EBICS version for which the access data applies. The FM portal currently only supports version 2.5 (H004). |
Initialization status
The initialization status of the bank access can be seen in this info area. Once initialization is complete, the access can be used.

EBICS init
Wizard for generating an initialization letter that can be sent to the bank to activate an EBICS account.
Update bank key
This function can be used to establish a connection with the bank. The new bank key is retrieved there and stored in the bank accesses in the eTASK-FM portal.
