This list shows all service tickets that have been marked as duplicates.


Search

This feature group contains attributes for searching and identifying ticket duplicates. It enables the efficient finding and comparison of similar or identical tickets in the system.
PropertyDescription
dependent ticketSpecification of the service ticket for which the ticket was marked as a duplicate.
Ticket numberEnter the ticket number.
DateSpecification of the calculated processing date for the service ticket (DD.MM.YYYY).
CategorySpecification of the service category.
SubcategorySpecification of the subcategory.
Workflow statusIndication of the workflow status in which the service ticket is currently located.
Workflow roleSpecifies the workflow role that is currently responsible for further processing of the service ticket.
ResponsibilitySpecification of the responsible group of the currently responsible workflow role.
DescriptionDescription of the service ticket.
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
