You can download an automatically generated reminder letter for payment reminders and notices as a PDF file. You can then print this document or simply send it electronically.
Prerequisite
The payment reminder or demand notice has already been generated
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Dunning - Reminders
Open the demand for which you want to generate a reminder letter.
Click on Reports - Reminder Letter in the toolbar.
The reminder letter is downloaded as a PDF file.
