Download the Excel import template for lease agreements to fill it out and then import the lease agreement data into the FM Portal.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Leasing - Import Lease Agreement List

  1. Click on Download Import Template.

Import dialog with fields for company, portfolio, and file selection, plus
Import dialog with fields for company, portfolio, and file selection, plus "Download import template" button

The import template will be downloaded. You can open the file.
