You can open and download any document uploaded to the FM portal via the Digital Archive.
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Digital Archive - Document Search in the Archive
Open the record for the document you want to download.
In the "Download linked file" section of the info area, click "Download file."
The document will be downloaded.
