Download calendar data for room bookings

From the booking overview, you can download the calendar data for each room booking as an ICS file to import it into your own calendar.

Note: You can only download the ICS file for room bookings, not, for example, for pickup times for food or drinks.

Requirements

• The booking overview is already filtered

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Booking Overview

1. In the booking overview, select the checkbox to the left of the booking(s) for which you want to generate the ICS file.

2. Click Download ICS.

The ICS file will be downloaded. Import it into your calendar program.
