Download all invoices relevant to operating costs for a tenant in one year as a PDF file

There are incoming invoices relevant to operating costs for the tenant and the year

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement

• In the billing structure on the left side, first click on the billing year, then the property, then the building, then Tenant Invoices, and finally the tenant for whom you want to download the utility-related invoices.

• Then, in the Type field, click on Credit Memo or Invoice. The tenant invoice opens.

• In the invoice, click Download Related Incoming Invoices.

• IC2201In the workspace, click Download Related Incoming Invoices.

A PDF document containing all relevant invoice documents will be downloaded.
