Navigation to this function

This data object is used to manage and assign doors as part of building information modeling (BIM) and facility management. It enables reconciliation between BIM models and CAFM systems by bringing together information on doors, associated rooms, floors and buildings. The object supports processes such as building planning, inventory and maintenance planning by providing a consistent database for analyzing and managing doors in the building context.

List

This group contains properties that are displayed as a list or enumeration. It includes door features that can have multiple values or options.
PropertyDescription
Traffic lightThe traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
ModelThis field shows the code of the door model in the context of Building Information Modeling (BIM). It is used to clearly identify and categorize the door type within the building structure and makes it easier to search for specific door models in the overview.
Note on testingThis message shows you whether a check of the workstation is required in the BIM system or in eTASK. If the traffic light is green, you can ignore this message. The information helps you to carry out the workstation check correctly in the respective system.
BuildingThis field shows the code of the building in which the door is located. It is used to uniquely identify and localize the building within the BIM model and facilitates navigation and filtering in the door overview.
FloorDisplays the floor number or floor designation on which the door is located. This information is important for spatial allocation and navigation within the building as part of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
RoomThis field shows the unique number of the room in which the door is located. It is used to precisely locate and identify doors within the building as part of Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Excel export

This group contains attributes that are relevant for exporting door data to Excel tables. It includes properties that enable a structured display and analysis of door information in tabular form.
PropertyDescription
Number of doors (test)This test field records the number of doors in a building or part of a building as part of Building Information Modeling (BIM). It is used to check the correct recording of door data and supports quality assurance in digital building modeling.
Floor number (test)Number of floors (test)
Room number (test)This column contains the test number of the room in the context of Building Information Modeling (BIM). It is used for the preliminary identification and assignment of rooms during the planning and test phase of a building and enables efficient management of room data in the BIM process.
Number of rooms (test)This test column shows the number of rooms that are assigned to a door in the BIM building structure. It is used to check and validate the room assignments as part of Building Information Modeling and supports the analysis of the building structure for the Excel export.
Door count (test)This field contains the test number of a door in the context of Building Information Modeling (BIM). It is used for the preliminary identification and categorization of doors during the planning and test phase of a building and facilitates the management of door data in the BIM process.
Number of doorsIndicates the total number of doors in a building or part of a building. This information is important for planning and managing entrances, escape routes and security systems as part of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Number of floorsNumber of floors
Room numberThis key figure indicates the total number of rooms that are connected to the current door element. It is used in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to record and analyse the spatial allocation and function of doors within the building structure.
