The content of the evaluation is displayed in this area.

Property	Description
Floor	Indication of the floor.
Room no.	Specify the room number.
Door plate no.	Specification of the number displayed on the door label.
Designation	Specification of the room type designation.
Room group	If applicable, specify the room group to which the room is assigned.
Door label type	Specification of the type of door label (e.g. "Adjoining room").
Number of persons	Number of people assigned to the room.
Number of cost centers	Number of cost centers assigned to the room.
Cost center	Specification of the assigned cost center. If several cost centers are assigned, the text "several CCs" appears.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Cost center Designation	Specification of the name of the assigned cost center.
Cost center code (max)	Enter the code of the cost center assigned to the room with the largest share.
Cost center Designation (max)	Specification of the cost center assigned to the room with the highest share.
Company Name (max)	The name of the company to which most of the employees in the room are assigned.
Location	Specification of the location.
Building Code	Specification of the building code.
Building designation	Specification of the building designation.
Floor Designation	Specification of the floor designation.
Type of use Code	Specification of the code of the type of use assigned to the room.
Type of use Designation	Indication of the type of use assigned to the room.
Internal use Code	Specification of the code of the internal usage type assigned to the room.
Internal use Designation	Indication of the designation of the internal usage type.
Room Code	Specification of the room code.
No doorplate	Specify whether no door label should be created for this room.
Suppress names on door plates	Specifies whether the names of the people in the room should be suppressed on the door sign. The setting can be adjusted in the room form, Extended usage information info area.

Excel export

This area displays additional fields that can be used via the user-specific export to Excel. In this evaluation, only the identification numbers of some fields are specified here. They have a purely technical function.

Number of doors	⚠️ This property will be removed in one of the next releases. Please do not use it anymore. Indicates how many doors are present in the room. A separate door image is output in the report for each door.
