PropertyDescription
Room CodeThe short name of the room to which the person in this line is assigned.
Room no.Specify the room number.
Workstation group codeThe short name of the workstation group to which this person is assigned.
Workstation group designationThe long name of the workstation group to which this person is assigned.
Room occupancy statusWhen creating the door labels, you can specify the date up to which changes in room occupancy are to be taken into account. If a move is planned in a room up to this date, information on both the actual status and the target status (the planned status after the move) is included. In this column, you can therefore see whether the information relates to the actual or target status.
Moving dateIf a move is planned, the planned move date is entered here.
Move typeIf a move is planned, the move type is specified here.
Company NameThe name of the company to which the person is assigned.
Department DesignationThe name of the department to which the person is assigned.
TitleIndication of the title of the person.
First nameEnter the first name of the person.
Last nameEnter the surname of the person.
Doorplate textSpecification of the text that is stored in the personnel data record under "Doorplate text". It is displayed on the door label directly in front of the person.
personnel hierarchyIndicates the group in the personnel hierarchy to which the employee is assigned.
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Personnel numberSpecification of the personnel number.
Function CodeSpecification of the personnel function code.
Function DesignationIndication of the name of the personnel function.
inactiveIndicates whether the "inactive" status has been activated for the person.
Suppress names on door platesSpecifies whether the names of the people in the room should be suppressed on the door sign. The setting can be adjusted in the room form, Extended usage information info area.
Department codeThe short name of this person's department
Department DesignationThe long name of this person's department

Excel export

This area displays additional fields that can be used via the user-specific export to Excel. In this evaluation, only the identification numbers of some fields are specified here. They have a purely technical function.
