When a meter is replaced or taken out of service, you can record this in eTASK.Energy Consumption Billing.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Energy Consumption Billing - Meters
Open the record for the meter that has been removed or replaced with another meter.
In the toolbar, click on "Meter Removal / Replacement" under "Extras." A new input form will open.
If this is a meter replacement, enter the number of the new meter in the Replace with meter (new meter number) field. If the meter has been removed, leave this field blank.
In the "Removal / Replacement starting in month" dropdown menu, select the month from which the new meter will start recording readings, or the month of removal.
Click OK.
When a meter is replaced, a new record is created with the meter information from the old meter. Corresponding notes are stored in the records for the old and new meters. When a meter is removed, a corresponding note is added to the record.
Note: Since the meter readings are also copied to the new meter’s record, you may need to adjust them.
