If you bill energy consumption based on meter groups, you can allocate meter losses in eTASK.Operating Cost Billing.
Meter billing is performed via meter groups and is fully configured
Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Energy Consumption Billing - Meter Groups
Enter the losses for the meter group.
Click on "Close the Entry Month" in the menu bar.
When operating costs for the building are recalculated, the losses will now also be allocated to the tenants.
