| Building Code | Code of the building. The link will take you directly to the building data record. |
| Building life cycle phase | Current life cycle phase of the building (e.g. planning, construction, operation, decommissioning). |
| Room number | Room number. The link will take you directly to the room data record. |
| Room designation | Designation of the room for better identification (e.g. "Conference room 1st floor" or "Marketing office"). |
| Type of use | Type of use of the room in accordance with DIN 277 (e.g. office space, circulation area, technical room). |
| No area according to DIN | Indicates whether the type of use does not comply with DIN 277. |
| Internal type of use | Company-specific type of use of the room, which may differ from the DIN type of use (e.g. "project room", "call center"). |
| Floor area [m²] | Floor area of the room in square meters. |
| Department | Assigned department. The link takes you directly to the department data record. In the case of multiple assignments, the room appears several times in the list - each time with the corresponding department. |
| Share [%] | Percentage of the room allocated to this department. In the case of multiple use by different departments, the shares are divided accordingly (e.g. 50% department A, 50% department B). |
