This list shows the appointments from DeskSharing that can be created using the "Book workstation" function. Changes to the form are not possible and no new data record can be created. Appointments are only created via the associated booking screen.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Workplace	Specification of the workstation that has been/is to be revamped.
Date	Specification of the date for which the workstation was reserved.
Period	Specification of the period/interval for which the workstation was reserved on the specified date.
Users	Specification of the person who will use the workstation on the appointment.
Ticket / Status	Here you will find information about the ticket number and the status of the booking. This information is displayed in the search, in the form you will find the same information in the "Workflow" info area.
