Use this form to manage the issued fuel cards.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Fuel and Charging Cards
Click New.
Enter the card’s customer number in the Customer Number field.
Enter the card number in the Card Number field.
In the Provider field, enter the provider of the fuel card.
In the Cardholder field, select the person to whom the fuel card was issued.
Click Save.
The fuel card and its associated information have been created.
Tip: If the fuel card is not issued to a specific person but is kept in a vehicle, you can select the fuel card administrator in the Cardholder field. It is recommended that you include a note in the Remarks field indicating which vehicle the fuel card is stored in.
