If the portfolio changes during the current billing year, you can delete the billing year and create a new one. The change to the portfolio will be reflected in the new billing year.

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement

Click on the year you want to delete in the menu.
In the toolbar, under Actions, click Delete Year YYYY. A new window will open.
Click Yes.

The billing year has been deleted.
