The instructor is entered in the training form. If they are listed in the personnel roster, they can be selected. If they are not listed (for example, because they are from an outside company), the instructor can also be entered manually.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Training Administration - Training Courses
Click New in the toolbar to create a new training session.
If the training session already exists, open the corresponding list entry.
Enter all required data as needed.
Select the company conducting the training. For an internal training session, this can be your own organization.
In the Instructor field, select the trainer from the list.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The instructor has been added to the training session.
Tip: If the trainer is an external person not listed in the personnel list, you can select the organizer here. The trainer’s name can be entered manually in the Trainer field.
Note: The instructor (listed in the personnel list) will be notified via invitation and cancellation.
