The debit side lists the rent payments due from tenants.
Note: For rent payments to appear in the debit statement, they must be created manually.
You can find the debit statement in two places on the eTASK.FM portal:
Property Management - Leasing - Debit Statement: There is one entry per rent payment.
Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements: In each lease agreement, you will find the existing debit statements for that specific lease agreement.
