Deactivate person

Case worker

When an employee leaves the company, their account should be deactivated in the system.

Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Employee List

  1. Open the personnel record for the person who is to be deactivated.

  2. In the Personnel Information section, check the "Inactive?" box.

  3. Click Save.

Delete room assignment

If a person leaves the company/agency, their workstation can be assigned to another person.

Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Room Assignment

  1. Open the record to be modified in the list.

  2. In the Actual Occupancy section, select the list entry Deselect.

  3. Click Save in the toolbar.

You have deleted the room reservation and made the room available again.

Note: Follow the same procedure when releasing a workstation.
