The data record archive writes all changes to data records for which this has been configured in at least one field. This configuration must be made by the manufacturer and is not available to customers. In addition to the change date and the old and new values, the system also saves who made the change. The information in the data record archive cannot be changed, but is available for (mass) deletion in order to meet the requirements of the GDPR.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.| Property | Description |
| Data record ID | This unique number identifies the data record within the system. It is assigned automatically and is used for the internal tracking of changes and the clear assignment of data records in the change history. |
| Computer Name | Displays the name of the host server on which the change was made. |
| Changed on | Displays the date on which the change was made. |
| Column | Displays the name of the column in which the data record was modified. |
| Action | Displays the action taken when making the change. |
| Former Value | Displays the old data record value. |
| New Value | Displays the new data record value. |
| Table | Displays the name of the table containing the modified data record. |
