If you need to run tests on your database or carry out new developments, use the eTASK Database Transfer Tool. It helps you transfer your database to the eTASK Development Team.

You have access to the eTASK Customer Center.

Log in to the eTASK Customer Center: Customer Center
Go to the download page.

Click on Database Transfer.

Click Save File.

Unzip the program by double-clicking the .exe file.
If a warning message from Windows appears, click on More info and select "Run anyway."
Click Select backup file.

Select the .bak file from your drive.
Select the Restore token and Encryption key lines from the list.
Click on Copy log to clipboard.
Paste the selected values into an email and send it to support@etask.de.
