Data import and export

With eTASK, you have several options for importing CAFM data. Each option offers a different level of detail and automation.

eTASK.Personnel Data Import: eTASK.Personnel Data Import is a separately available product from eTASK for the automated transfer of personnel data and other personnel-related data from third-party systems to the eTASK.FM portal (e.g., cost center and company records).
CAFM-Connect: CAFM-Connect is an interface for CAFM data developed by CAFM-Ring e.V. Basic building data can be created in the free CAFM-Connect Editor and then imported into eTASK. This allows data service providers to quickly and easily create building data for your company. Thanks to the import functionality, the CAFM data is immediately available, significantly reducing the time until your eTASK system is fully operational. eTASK is the only CAFM software provider that also supports export to CAFM-Connect, allowing you to use your CAFM data in other compatible applications as well.
Table-specific import and export in eTASK: Table-specific import and export refers to the import and export of data for a specific table within the eTASK system and is a fundamental component of every eTASK CAFM system. Data exchange is performed using Microsoft Excel.
