You can customize the icons displayed in the eTASK Service Request app. To do so, follow these steps:

Procedure in the FM Portal

Control Panel - Portal Options - Global Basic Data - Icons

1. Create a new record.

2. First, assign a code to the icon.

3. Fill the HTML Code and CSS Code fields with a "-".

4. Enter a "1" in the Favorites field if you want the icon to appear near the top of the list, and enter a "2" if you want the icon to be listed further down.

5. In the SVG File Name field, enter the file name of the graphic you want to use for the icon. Make sure the text you enter matches the file name exactly.

6. Click Save.

7. In the File section, click Select and choose the file you want to use for the icon.

8. Then click Upload.

9. Now go to Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Service Ticket - Service Categories and open the service category where the icon is to be used.

10. In the App Appearance section, select the icon you just created in the Icon field, then click Save.

The icon will now be used in the service category.
