Users

The "User" data object represents people who use the project management software as users of a customer account. It stores important information such as the mailing status, individual properties and information on the user's role in the customer company. This object is central to managing user access, personalizing the software and communicating with users in the context of project management.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

account	Account to which the user is assigned
Person	Selection of the person
Is authorized to report?	Activation of the user as authorized to report to the hotline
Release mail dispatch active?	Activation of the sending of information emails to the account user

Marketing

This group includes features for collecting marketing-relevant information from the user. This includes preferences, consent and contact channels for marketing purposes.

Property	Description
Mailing status	Current mailing status of the user (e.g. active, logged out, paused) to control e-mail communication. If the status changes, please document the reason under "Notes/remarks"
Notes/Remarks	Free text field for important information on the role of the user in the customer company (e.g. administrator, head of department, key user) and special notes on communication
Is professionally responsible?	Identification of the user as the specialist responsible for the selected areas of interest.
