You can see at a glance which surcharges apply to which rooms, buildings and tenants, how much they apply and to which G/L accounts they are posted. Use this evaluation to check the surcharge agreements and to monitor additional rental components.

Property	Description
Tenant	Name of the tenant to whom this rent surcharge applies.
Debtor	Unique customer number of the customer in the system.
Location code	Unique code of the location where the affected room is located.
Location	Full name of the location where the affected room is located.
Building code	Unique code of the building in which the affected room is located.
Building	Full name of the building in which the affected room is located.
Rental agreement	Unique number of the rental agreement to which this rent surcharge applies.
Surcharge [€]	Amount of the cold rent surcharge in euros, which is charged in addition to the basic rent.
Surcharge Designation	Short description of the cold rent surcharge for quick identification.
Surcharge Description	Detailed description of the cold rent surcharge with background information and justification.
Surcharge type	Categorization of the surcharge according to type or reason (e.g. location, equipment, special use).
G/L account Surcharge	G/L account to which this rent surcharge is posted in financial accounting.
Description of surcharge G/L account	Full name of the G/L account to explain the accounting allocation.
Client	Logical client for data separation. The value is 01 by default as long as you have not activated client separation.
