The rent for index-linked rental agreements changes depending on the consumer price index. The adjustment is made either when the rent exceeds/falls below a specified threshold value or periodically at specified intervals. | Adjustment threshold [points or %] | Specification of the threshold value from which the index adjustment should take place. It is possible to enter an absolute point value of the change in the consumer price index or a percentage value of the initial index. |
