The rent for index-linked rental agreements changes depending on the consumer price index. The adjustment is made either when the rent exceeds/falls below a specified threshold value or periodically at specified intervals. Here you will find an overview of all currently adjustable index-linked rental agreements whose adjustability depends on the threshold value.
