If you need another service to help you resolve your service ticket, you can create a subticket.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Open the service ticket for which you want to create a sub-ticket. You can do this either via the link in the email or via your service list.
In the toolbar, click Create Sub-Tickets under Tools.

Fill in the appropriate fields.
In the Workflow section, click the Submit button. A new window will open to confirm your entry.
Click Confirm.
The subticket has been created, and you will be notified of its processing. Once the subticket is closed, you can edit and close your service ticket.
