Distribution lists and storage locations can be created in the Control Panel. These can be used to specify in the contract where original documents and copies of them are located.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Basic Data - Contract Management - Distribution Lists/Storage Locations
Click New... in the toolbar.
Enter a code of your choice.
Enter a description (e.g., "Mobile Phone Contract").
In the Sorting field, you define the order in which the entries will later appear in the selection list in the contract. If you enter a "0," the entry will appear first.
Click Save in the toolbar.
You have created the new storage location. It can now be assigned to a contract under Assignment: Distribution Lists/Storage Locations for Contract Copies.
In addition, the original contract can be assigned to a location in the contract form under Contract Assignment.
