Create several keys for a key group at once

To avoid having to create each key individually, use this feature to quickly add key inventories to your eTASK system.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Key Groups

1. Open the key group for which you want to create key records.

2. Click on "Create Multiple Keys" in the toolbar. The "Create Multiple Keys" window appears.

3. Fill out the form and click Create Keys.

4. Click Save in the toolbar.

The key records are created and displayed in the Assigned Keys section.
