Create service ticket

If you want to have a problem in the building fixed or need other services from your FM department, create a service ticket.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: MyFM - Order Services - Create Service Ticket or Services

  1. Select the category. If you start from Services, this field may already be pre-filled.

  2. In the Description field, provide as detailed a summary as possible of the service you need or the issue.

Tip: If you’re creating the ticket for someone else or for a location that isn’t your own, use the “Additional Details” section. You can also attach images or specify a preferred time or delivery window.

Tip: If the service location is not inside a building, it can be marked on a map in the "Outdoor Service Location" section. If this feature has been enabled by your organization, the location will either be determined via your device’s location services or a default location will be displayed. If necessary, you can then adjust the location manually.

  1. Click Submit or, in the taskbar, click Workflow Submit.

The service ticket has been created. Based on the settings you’ve configured, it is now available to the contact person for the selected service.
