Rooms can be grouped into room groups. This can be done for the following purposes:
General information recording
Searching the dashboard by room group
Creation of a single door sign for the grouped rooms
Prerequisites
The floor already exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Additional Hierarchies - Rooms - Room Groups
Click New... in the toolbar.
Select the floor on which the rooms are located.
Enter a room group number and a name/usage description.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The room group has been created. You can then assign the rooms to the room group using the room form.
