Instead of manually creating a responsibility for a company, you can use the company's record to create a responsibility for eTASK.Maintenance for that company with just a few clicks.
Prerequisites:
The company record exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Companies & Addresses
Open the company record for which you want to create a responsibility.
In the toolbar, click Tools - Create eTASK Maintenance Coordination Group.
The action is executed successfully. The responsibility is displayed in the toolbar under Additional Data - Maintenance Responsibilities. The responsibility is assigned the code “IH_AN,” the designation “Coordination AN,” and a number. A group with the company’s name is also assigned to the responsibility. This group contains all employees of the company.
