Create personalized view of a table/evaluations

You can save a personalized view for each table or report in the eTASK.FM portal.

The "Save/Create Views..." function saves the column filters used by users. In addition, the function also saves the columns that are shown or hidden in the respective list.

The "Save/Create Views..." function is available in all lists and allows users to configure the list according to their needs. Users can then save the view configured in this way as their default view of the list or as an additional custom view.

If the checkbox next to "Set as default" is selected, this view opens when the list is accessed directly.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: The table/reports for which you want to create a personalized view

  1. Open the table or reports.

  2. Customize the table or reports to your liking.

Tip: Use the instructions found in the “Take a look here” section for customization options.

  1. Click on "Save/Create View..." in the bottom toolbar of the table or report. A new window will open.

  1. Give the view a name.

  1. If you enable the Set as Default function, this view will open when you click on the general table or report name.

Note: This applies only to your user profile.

  1. If you enable the "Publish: On" function, this view will also be available to other users of your eTASK.FM portal. It will be listed under "Views" below the table or report.

The personalized view has been created and is listed below the table or evaluation under Views. The view has been selected as the default view, so it opens when you click on the table or report name. If you have published the view, it is also available to all other users of the FM portal. If you have not published the view, it is only visible to you and the system administrator.

Note: You can edit the settings at any time by right-clicking on the view.

Note: Personalized views do not use the full-text search. Instead, they rely solely on the specified column filters.
