Entries in the Contaminant Registry are documented instances or suspected cases of contaminants in a property. Here, the location of the finding is assigned to a contaminant occurrence recorded in the "Findings" form, which has been documented in an expert report.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Select the report in the 'Find' field.
Note: Information regarding the room, outdoor area, and affected property can be entered.
Click Save in the toolbar.
You have created the discovery location.
The data you entered forms the basis for the two traffic light views: Report Overview and Pollutant Register.
