Create FM order for a maintenance order

If you want to order maintenance services for a maintenance order or put them out to bid, the integration between eTASK.Maintenance and eTASK.FM Procurement makes this particularly easy. Using the details of a maintenance order, you can create an FM purchase order for the order with just a few clicks. This integration allows you to track the progress of the FM purchase order.

1. The maintenance order exists

2. A record exists in the Companies table for the client

3. A credit order record must exist for the contractor

4. It has the workflow status “Disposition AG”

5. Objects are assigned to it

6. eTASK.FM Procurement is installed

Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Order List

1. Open the order for which you want to create a purchase order.

2. Click on Tools - Create Purchase Order in the toolbar.

The purchase order is created and displayed in the Info Area under Order -> Purchase Order / Contract.
