If you want to order or put out a request for maintenance services for a maintenance order, the integration between eTASK.Maintenance and eTASK.FM-Procurement makes this particularly easy. Using the data from a maintenance order, you can create an FM purchase order for the order with just a few clicks. This integration allows you to track the progress of the FM purchase order.
Prerequisite
The maintenance order exists
A record exists in the Companies table for the client
A credit order record must exist for the contractor
It is in the workflow status “Disposition AG”
Objects are assigned to it
eTASK.FM Procurement is installed

Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Order List
Open the order for which you want to create a purchase order.
Click on Tools - Create Purchase Order in the toolbar.
The purchase order is created and displayed in the information area under Order -> Purchase Order / Contract.
