Create damage categories

You can use damage categories to more precisely describe the types of damage that can be selected when creating a damage report.

Prerequisite

You have permissions in the System Control Center.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Control Center - Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Damage Categories.

1. Click New in the toolbar.

2. Enter a code for your entry.

3. Fill in the required field "Description."

4. Click Save in the toolbar.

5. You have created a new damage category.
