Create a Coordinator
Coordinators are responsible for a specific function in a specific area (e.g., a building or location). Coordinators ensure that all functions are covered by a sufficient number of designated personnel. If necessary, they appoint new designated personnel.
Prerequisite
The coordinator already has an entry in the personnel list
Procedure
Open the table Basic Data - Functions and Designated Persons - Coordinators.
Click New... in the list's toolbar. An empty form opens.
In the Coordinator field, select the person you want to designate as the coordinator.
Enter a code and a name for the coordinator.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The coordinator has been created, and you can now assign one or more functions to them via the "Responsible for Functions" section. Alternatively, you can do this via Basic Data - Functions and Assignees - Assign Coordinators to Functions.
