You can set up catering for a specific building that applies only to that building. To do this, create a building entry in a table and assign the available catering items.
You have administrator rights
The desired catering items have already been created
The group responsible for catering requests has already been created
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Catering - Buildings with Catering Room Service
Click New in the toolbar.
In the Identification section, select the building for which you want to define catering.
In the Settings section, check the box to enable the Catering Room Service active condition.
If you want to enable email notifications, check the box next to "Email Catering Manager."
Under Caterer (Permission / Role), select the group that handles catering requests for this building. This group will also receive the email notifications.
In the Caterer (Services) field, select the catering items that should be available in this building.
Click Save.
You have created the catering for this building.
